Tom Cashin is a level 3 accredited coach and the current AFLW Head of Academy and VFLW Head Coach. He has had a coaching career dating back to 2005 where he began coaching Karate.
Furthermore, Tom has over 12 years in education leading VCE Units 3/4 Physical Education and other positions of leadership such as Head Of Innovation. His unique blend of elite-level coaching experience and educational leadership brings a comprehensive approach to athlete development, combining technical skill mastery with mental resilience and academic rigour.
